OCS Community Feedback
OCS wants your feedback!  Based on input from students, staff, families, and the OCS community, the  following 4 goals were developed.  Please note, the goals are not in order of preference, all 4 goals are important to our success.  And there will be 5-10 action steps developed to support each goal.
Each goal has an equity emphasis.  Equity matters because we must identify and eliminate imbalances in access to and success in OCS programs and opportunities. Improving equity in our schools helps everyone. A great education has the power to not just improve a student’s life, but uplift an entire community.
Every OCS school should be a great place where our students can learn, grow, and develop to their full potential.
