Curriculum Redesign Team Application
OVERVIEW:
Join us in developing programming for young Black professionals across Canada! CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals has received funding to redesign CEE Essentials, which is a collection of personal and professional development workshops embedded into career training programs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape CEE Essentials to better support the needs of Black young adults entering the workforce and beyond. In addition to serving Black youth in the GTA, CEE Essentials will be shared with Black-led organizations across Canada.

COMMITMENT:
We are looking for approx. 6 young Black professionals to join the Curriculum Redesign Team and to work alongside the Curriculum Designer and the Researcher & Project Assistant.

The Curriculum Redesign Team will meet virtually 4-6 times between August-December 2021. These meetings will include offering input on the content and design of CEE Essentials, developing a library of resources, and providing feedback on workshops. You will receive an honorarium for your participation.

ELIGIBILITY:
Members of the Curriculum Redesign Time must, (1) self-identify as Black, (2) be between the ages of 20-35 years old, and (3) be early in their career or profession.

Previous experience in a job training program is an asset but not a requirement.

Applications are due by Thursday, July 15.
